Just a quick word of warning.. Having just come back from Borovets and visited the Buzz Bar, I would like just to warn people that there may be a problem with any vodka based drink from this establishment as 5 out of seven of us that visited the bar, who were all drinking the same drink remember the first 10 minutes of our visit there and nothing after that. We also heard stories of other visitors having very small quantities of vodka and being very ill from it.re: Buzz Bar

personally I spent loads of time in the buzz bar drinking vodka! I didn't feel any worse than I do when I'm out on the town over here. The phrase 'lightweight' comes to mind!! (only joking) Txre: Buzz Bar

i went to buzz...i don't think the vodka is the strongest you'll ever have..thats how it's cheap!..if you don't want rubbish vodka..buy a brand that you have heard of..from a shop!re: Buzz Bar

But have a big knowledge about Buzz Bar, Borovez and Bulgaria, so may be I can help you...
So buy your vodka without something else, Coke Orange Juice etc. look that they take it from the bottles, normally Savoy is used in Buzz Bar or Lazur(in SunnyBeach) the same stuff.
Mix the drinks your self, okay you can never be sure that this what was written on the bottle was inside, may be I be a lucky man ...

These big "waterboxes"-wodkaboxes could be filled by anything and mixed with water, so be aware and tell the guys behind the bar if they go to these that you want your drink from a bottle.
Try it out, don't negitate the bar speak with the personal...
And the problems at friday/saturday night are the same as the last years.
Drunken "british heroes" flirt to heavy with young bulgarian girls, which boy friends have a bit of power and the british guy will not understand that they loose and then fallen down the stairs... so take the hands away from these girls, at friday and saturday night look out.
