Note to phil,
We have an apartment in cedar heights 2, and also Karvarna. Villa St Georges. We have had the same problems with our management company, and thanks to some dedicated owners, we have joined together to form an owners association which is what tony, gavin and others are trying to do in cedar heights.
All owners need to be involved to be effective in managing our assets properly.

Hi there , we own apartment in Cedar Heights III. Interested in any info!! Latest I know is that new Electrical Power system will be up and running this summer, but currently running off CH I & II.
Interested in info from anybody there recently, renting info etc

Hi - We've heard rumours of problems at Cedar Heights, Pamporovo. We've bought an apartment at CH III. We don't know what these issues/problems are and are trying to find out. Can anyone help and let us know? Many thanks Andrew & Lisa

Hi All,

I am having major problems with the builder of CH3, who so far are almost refusing to send legal info to our solicitors, this has been dragging on now since December.

No one seems to have answers when I try to press for info. I see that I might not be the only person who is experiencing this.

i hear the problem is the developer was building on clients monies instead of putting it into an escro account with the solicitors, an has now ran out of money and cant complete to get act 16. anyway like i said that is what i hear so mayb load os rubbish
