You of course can only observe from the postings because you are an observer and not an owner.

The Cedar Heights Owners Group is there to seriously help other Cedar Heights Owners, hence why we are serious people, just like me.

Anyway no i didnt buy in there i brought in another devlopment in pamps, which im glad to say aint had no problems, touch wood.

Anyway i was just passing information i heard on from a very reliable source, anyway i wont bother again. Good Luck.

Well done Mikey, Keep them all on their toes..... Mr de Ross........ Glad to see that some of these people expecting to make a fast buck and ruin PAMPS, are finally coming a cropper!!!! I\'m sure in time Pamps will become just an unfinished building site... a lovely place ruined by yet more developers and greedy investors...

I have contacted the electricity supply company. The last I hard they were expecting the developer to nominate a site to place a grid transformer of sufficient capacity for the development. Now we are in the winter period we are unlikely to see any progress.
