Where is the best place in Boro to get Sterling changed into Lev's??? Do they also accept Euros for exchange??

The best rates I got in the last years in the post bank in the basemant of the Ela Hotel. They change € to, and you will have a round 1,92 lev per euro may be 1,93, the today rate for the pound is 2,8514, so a real good one for the last weeks and you will get at the cash desk in the bank around 2,81 to 2,83.

do not change any money in the exchange offices in the street. they will rip you off. I was warned before i went and stupdly still used them!

our rep told us to use the change plus on the strret near samokov, though we didne use any as we took levs and english but didnt get to the english, except for excursions we did and quad bikes etc
