CREDIT-CARD-SAFE?

Hi all,

I've had an excellent reply back from [email protected] for prices to hire gear, 6 days lift passes, etc. I just slightly worried that the only method to pay them is sending a fax to them with all my credit card details, security numbers and my signature on the fax. Has anybody else ever used them for this and did the transaction go ok. Normally I would not use this method as it could be very insecure...

Thoughts/comments/feedback please...

Hi Paul,

I have booked direct with this site a couple of times and had no problems at all.

It may sound unusual to fax but in all fairness it is probably as secure if not better than sending it on an email!

One point though, don't expect a quick reply to any questions you may email, the reply will come but just not very quickly - I am mentioning this so you do not panic after paying if you do not get an immediate reply!!

Paul, I know most of the team at BulgariaSki personally and can assure you that you can trust them completely.

They have reps in all resorts throughout the season and a great bunch they are too.

I felt he same last year but no problems what so ever possibly safer than sending on your pc,
