Try Tog24 on line or at one of the retail outlets around the country- Army surplus stores do the real thing though they are only waterproof outers with no lining!

www.winterkids.com sell great Burton kidswear, i got my son a great camo jacket, although you have to pay shipping to the UK, but still cheaper than the UK!
