Can you tell me when it will snow

Hi,
When will it snow as I am thinking of booking a holiday and would like to know the dates it will start and stop snowing. Also what is the food like and is it funny money or the euro stuff.
Also is the food like....well food or shoud I take pizza and tinned Tuna?????

Are the new lifts working????
