Hi,
I have used Yes Car Rental and Top Rents Car, booked through economy car rentals with a pick up at Sofia Airport. They both were good, but Yes have the edge on customer Service!!
We were met at the airport and took car on, drove thirty minutes out of Samokov and the car broke down.They arrived 40 minutes after the phone call with a replacement car. We changed cars and were on our way. No attempt at fixing first. Would use them again!!

I've used Motoroads a number of times and have always found the service excellent and the price very competitive.

I noticed that their vehicles were old (2007 for the one I wanted)
Used Economy car hire before and just booked up with them
Good price plus they meet you at terminal 1 Sofia rather than having to get a shuttle to new terminal where all of the car hire booths are.

Top Rent a Car have always provided good service to me over the years.
Their compound is just outside the airport car park at T1. The more bookings you achieve the more discount you recieve.
Cars have always only had up to 6 or 7000 km on them
