Does the 'Rila' at Borovets or the Borovets Ski School have carver skis?

yep, most have carver skis if not all. You can also ask for an upgrade to Superior skis if you wish (dont know what that entails as I take my own!)

They are available but not as readily as some other resorts. Being 100% honest the hire kit is not that greater standard unless you really look around and even then you don't have the variety available elsewhere. Make sure when you go into a shop you know exactly what you want, and what a good alternative is if they haven't got is, ie. "i want a pair of Fischer RX8's in a 167 or some Rossignol B3's in a 165". If you don't then you simply get what you are given which could be anything!
