Hi GuysHave been going to Bansko for last 4 years and this year trying a change at Boro. I dont have a clue about amenities in the town. IN Bansko there were a good few ATM's to save taking loads of cash from the UK
Are there same facilities in Boro?
Cannot wait to explore somewhere new

Hi Hookey,There are several machines around. Assuming it's the same as last year there was one at the front of the Rila and I seem to recall there is one at the gondola as well.

Cheers JezNormally we book all independently, flights, acoomodation and transfers - this year we fancied a change and left it wuite late so went with a Thompson package deal
Just needed some local info about Boro as not been before

Cash machine is still at the Rila. Rates are same as Crown booths or they were when we were out a few weeks ago. Rila is in the middle of the resort. Lots of great bars no doubt you will have heard and read plenty about Bobby's.
The Crown near to the bottom of the Nursery slope is friendly George and his staff really welcoming. Always found the food pretty good.On the four occassions I have been to Boro had one shocker of a meal at a Restraunt called Venice I think. It has a kebab hatch ...

It was clearly well passed its sell by date and then had all sorts of problems with paying.They admitted it was pretty much rotten but were reluctant to do too much about it.
Yellow Crown booths offer great exchange rates. Inmy experience better rates than the UK.
All in all great friendly resort.

Cash machines in the Rila Hotel reception, outside the gondola station, one outside the Buzz Bar, and one at the Flora Hotel. And I think I saw one in the wall of the supermarket under the Royal Plaza.re:Cash machines - Borovets
Cheers MoonheadAS i said have done Bansko many times and fancied a change. I am so looking forward to it. WE are out on the 9th March till 16th
