Cash machines in Borovets

Hi, we are going out to Borovets at the end of Feb and have heard mixed reports as to whether Switch cards can be used at the cash machines to take out money? If anyone could clarify it would be much appreciated.

yeah they can be used...there are now 4 cash machines there now so they should be no problems.

Taking Pound notes is cheaper but if you just want the convenience then you wont have a prob with holes in the wall. A good tip if you are buying kit though is to get a price in levs (haggle a bit) then ask how much in pounds. they are normally honest about the better price they get! it will be slightly cheaper. Say it comes to £62 then offer £60! double discount!! worked every time for us! we bought loads. Have a great time

hey can you tell me do the cash machines except visa electron debit cards?

Hi Samantha, mine was accepted - it is a visa debit. Not sure about electron. Hope this helps
