There's internet access in most of the hotels - in the Snezhanka it was 5 lev for 30 minutes.

cash points can be unreliable.
One at the bank at the perilick
one in the lobby of the morgavets

alternatively you can bring your passport and and credit card and get money from from the bureau de change at the alsaska supermarket.
