Just back from Pamporova and had a great time even though there was hardly any snow. Traveled with a group of forty and stayed in castle apts. Apts clean - good. Food - Terrible nobody from our group could eat breakfast or in the restaraunt 
. Bar small but well stocked but staff always hanging for a tip i.e take 5 mins to hand back change. Last straw : checkout wanted 30 levs for a broken toilet brush that was broken when person arrived, wouldnt give back passports until it was paid

Will definitely go back to pamparova but not to this place

When I ate in the restaurant as the Castle the food was fantastic and very reasonably priced.re: Castle Appartments
Have stopped at The Castle - impressed. Clean, nice apt., food OK, nice little bar will stay again next visit.
