Chair lift open?

Can anyone confirm that the single man chair lift close to the Rila is closed for this season? If it is, why? This would be a shame as there is a top nursery slope at the top and i'm taking a few novices with me in a couple of weeks time.

There was a posting a while back about the 1 man chair lift, it is indeed closed, it is because it is being upgraded!
