Yeah I understand I think it's a good idea just did not want to P*** off Mr Bulgaria Ski! By the way Inghams 1wk March £376 at the Mourgavets HB all ski gear and instruction. And as far as I could see they have the best flight time leaving Gatwick @ 14.00 arriving Plovdiv 19.05(Bulgarian time) So this made it even more good value+ they use Thomas Cook Airways so you get a nice Airbus not a bloody Tupolev!
I paid £389 - 1 week 3/4* HB Perelik includes insurance, tuition, hire, lift passes, transfers etc. Flies out of Gatwick @ 3.15pm
Nearly chose Andorra as most places had sold out of bulgaria when I rang around. Same thing in Andorra was about +£150 on top and then more for food and drinkies.
I think that this exercise proves that many of us seem to pay a similar sum ,and compared with many other places Bulgaria is good value for money especially when compared with France and Switzerland; although other cheap locations also exist. .
We're travelling independantly and are a family of 4. Booked airline seats last March and we travel during the most expensive week of the Bulgarian season - half term! (14th to 21st Feb).
We are staying B&B at the Alpin Hotel, flying BA from Heathrow (Depart 8.30am out and 14.35pm homebound). Our price includes Annual Holiday insurance with wintersport & baggage cover, ski school, hire and passes with the Albena and transfers to/from resort.
Wait for it........

£400 each - in my opinion a bargain.
Would have been cheaper if we had booked accommodation through this site rather than directly with the Hotel - stange but true. We've not scrimped on accommodation and have excellent flights. This option doesn't allow for last minute for us as we need to travel in school holidays but is certainly worth considering for other weeks of the season. So go on....
Give BULGARIA SKI a call and see what they come up with!!
We booked independently with BA Healthrow on the 12th Feb for 10 days staying at the Samoko HB Transfer to and from Hotel and yearly holiday insurance this cost £450 each

If you book flights and then accommodation through here they will arrange transfer for you.
The Alpin Hotel and I understand the other hotels in resort, will also arrange transfer for you. We are lucky to know a lovely Bulgarian Ski instructor who picks us up from the airport but the price I quoted you included a transfer price to give the "real picture" as it were. We will still pay but I'd rather he had the money than someone else.
