Cheap Deals

I know its a "little" early for the deals to start yet but im looking at visting Bulgaria again in March (already got Austria in January).
Does anyone know of any good sites or companies to keep an eye on for the cheap deals?

Went to Borovets Jan '06 and enjoyed it but a family friend has recommended Pamps as a good alterntative.

Would prefer flying from Donny as its only 20 mins from my house but Manchester is perfectly fine too.

Thanks for any advice.

re: Cheap Deals

It's not tot to early Craig you can actually get very good deals if you book way in advance, although I think you might have missed them now.

You could try this site for starters failing that the usual suspects Balkan, Inghams, Crystal etc.

Never been to Borovets but have been to Pamps a few times. Boro has a larger ski area than Pamps and more of a village feel to it. Pamps is a purpose built resort. I would also recomend Bansko as it is the largest of the 3. It all depends what you ...

re: Cheap Deals

pamps is a realy good resort for night life but the skiing is quiet limited. Bansko has a better ski area but night life low key ( I prefer this)

Try panorama holidays had some realy good eals on there a few weeks ago, if you can leave it may get a lot better deal about two weeks before travel.

Hi we're also from Donny!! Only 5mins from the airport!!! We've just booked last week with Crystalski for 2nd Feb to Pamps.
Got 2 adult + 2 children half board at the Snezhanka, flights and transfers
2 adult lift passes
2 childrens ski school - movers & improvers with equipment and passes
All for about £1100

We thought that was a pretty good deal!!

Photocruiser - Ah a fellow local!

£1100 is a good deal - my solo trip to Austrias costing me £691.

To clarify the situation im travelling solo (none of my friends "currently" ski). Two mates are slowly coming round to the idea but are both globetrotting for 6 months and will be skint for another year or so! Anyways, ive promised to take my brother skiing in 2009 (he'll be 11 then) but due to cost im limited to the Balkans. Ive been to Borovets before but want to personally check out ...

Being solely responsible for a young child in a foreign country will be hard enough without not knowing the area/facilities in advance.

Sorry for rambling but i wont be paying for anything till after my Jan trip (just incase something happens to me).

Cheers for the advice all!
