Cheap Restuarant on the slopes Bansko

Hi All,
Is it right that the Restuarant / Hut is back open approximately half way down the ski road heading back down to Bansko.
As I recall it it was just by a bridge over the river after the chalin valog turn off. We found it last year over New Year but after recommending it on here I was told it had been shut (not suggesting it is my fault!!).
I hope it has opened again, it did cheap beer and good food for the last trip down at the end of the day, or luch before heading back ...

If anybody who has gone this season and can confirm it is open that will be great as we're heading out in March. For others I would certainly recommend it.

Just back from Bansko and yes it is still open, just next to the second bridge on the left. Only thing to be aware of is you really don't want to have to use the toilet facilities.re: Cheap Restuarant on the slopes Bansko

Yeah, best avoided. Large bottled beer was 1.40l and most food dishes were between 2 and 5 levs. Think we had 4 large beers, a coke, coffee and 4 bowls of cheesy chips for around 18 levsre: Cheap Restuarant on the slopes Bansko
How accessable is this place?Can you ski to it? Or have you to walk?
How far from the ski road is the building?

Very accessable as it is right next to the ski road down. You'll see it from the piste.Take your ski's/board off and walk down the path it's there in front of you. It's one of those that when you look for it you'll wonder why you never saw it before.
