Cheap Ski

Hey everyone, just coming to the realisation there is slim to no chance of getting out to Boro this year after a number of fund depleting issues i.e car / house etc Sad

Any seasoned people out there have any idea on getting out there as cheaply as possible? Where to stay etc...I've only ever been with people like neilson / inghams etc so have no idea if there is a way of getting out there on a stupidly small budget even if I only get a few days in.

Cheers Skiing Booze Cheers

Hi Chris,

Do you have set dates? Lots of ways to do it very cheaply if out of season.

re: Cheap Ski

It depends what you call cheap. We've got 2 of us heading out in 2 weeks half board for £240 each flying from Gatwick staying in borovets for 7 nights

Correct usually dirt cheap can be with tour operators.just sit tight and wait for last minute offers and you will do ot cheaper than buying air ticket paying transport to resort and then fork out accommodation plis finding food which is not cheap if you want dining out.then the same all the way back.deffinite cheaper to get it through operators.

Hi Chris,

We have been to Bansko for the last 4 years, always booked through an operator, first year half board, the others we went self catering. We thought that we got good deals with transfers, ski and boot hire and lift passes, Ate and drank our fill and to be honest could not believe the prices very very good. This year we have done it all ourselves and are getting a 2 week break for the price we have paid in the past for 1 week. (And we are having a week in Boro and a week in ...

Hope this helps

re: Cheap Ski

I wish it included lift passes!!! Flights, 1/2 board accom and private taxi transfers

I'm not sure how cheap this is for Bulgaria but I've been skiing in France before and paid well over double that!!!
