Childrens play park borovets

we are going to Borovets in feb (20th) and staying at the rila, we have stayed there before and there was a little childrens snow play park just outside it, (roundabout and so on) can anyone tell me is this open to all children (what ages) or do you they have to be in ski school?
also we have been told we have to hire boots and ski's for our 4 yeard old when we get there, does anyone know how much that will cost? one more question, it the milk okay for little ones to drink?

Hi Emma, the children will automatically go to the play park if they are at the Rilla kindergarten. If not you can pay to go in at any time. I am not sure of the ages but mine used it at 5 and 7.It is good fun.
Milk is perfectly safe for kids to drink. We have taken our kids there for past 5 years from the age of 3 and 5
