i took my kids on saturday, 5:30 till 7:00pm, cost us £46 i think. its pretty good for an indoor slope, dont think its as big as castleford xscape but looked wider..the slope is much rougher too, loads of lumps and bumps which are great for launching..wasnt that busy but there were a load of people that couldnt use the drags so they kept stopping them all the time..theres 2 drags by the way, a slow one and a faster one..its good to get you in the mood.. when you phone up tell them your ...

Called in at Castleford Xscape tuesday this week and at 5.30 there were only 20 people on the slopes, wish I'd taken my gear, but half the bottom run has a garden shed on it, good practice for avoiding a nasty bump with a restaurant on the slopes!!!
Hiya, we went to check out chill factor E a few weeks ago. We're Liverpool based, and had been trekkign down to Tamworth as find the bend makes it less repetitive than Castleford. I agree with frank that it looked shorter but wider than Castleford. Shame it doesn't have the bend that the plans promised- was supposed to be l-shaped. Spoke to a few of the guys that I know that work there- they said its been chaos and there's been loads of issues. They had to finish it off in a hurry cos the ...
They had to finish it off in a hurry cos the penalties for delay where so high, but this has caused problems. A lot of the staff haven;t had the training they were promised, the slope has been majorly overused int eh first few weeks and they've had to close unexpectedly some afternoons. There have been 2 hr waits for gear, and people have had lessons cancelled with no warning-just trvelled there and found out when they arrived-even though they'd pre booked. They also advised to book regardless fo what the guys ont he phone say-cos people have been told they can just turn up, then been turned away.
After all the hype it's a bit of a dissapointment-though willc ertainly go as its only 20min away!
Good shopping!
