Christmas Dinner Pamps/Borovets

Hi all, hoping to get over for xmas & new year possibly stopping at Borovets on way to Pamps. Does anybody have any suggestions for xmas dinner or should we cook our own??

Nicky - not sure if restaurants away from Boro will be open Xmas Day - I'll ask for you. Restaurants in the resort will be open as usual. Might be nice to try and find somewhere doing a BG traditional Xmas dinner - you'll be on holiday so why food shop and cook.

The Old House in Samokov will be open Xmas Day and usually have a BG traditional Xmas menu. It is very popular so you will need to book as soon as you get out there. Other restaurants normally just offer their usual menu.

The Old House is my favourite, as it is one of the oldest in Samokov and is full of charm. Prices are significantly cheaper than in Boro and I've only ever heard good reports from others.

I can suggest a few other restaurants, if you want.
