Hello!Well, after much deliberation and looking at other resorts all over the place, we are going back to good ol' Bansko this Chrissie. (22nd gatwick to sofia). WOOHOOOO. White Chrissie this year I can feel it.
Anyone else going to be there?
(Or are we going to have the WHOLE place to ourselves?)

we'll be there for new year, arriving the 29th. We've been going there summer and winter for 2 years. The locals are very friendly, although there is a different atmosphere there in the winter. If you make even the tiniest effort to learn a few bulgarian words it can go a long way. The ski folk of course are very friendly. There is a great atmosphere in the mehana's apres ski. I would highly recommend that you go down into the town and don't just stop at the lion bar. There are some great ...
