Can anyone tell how much I can expect to pay for English brand cigarettes in pamporovo ?Thanks !!!

last year it was 3 lev or about a quidlocal (Victory) are about 1 lev

All English cigarettes you will find are fakes.The packaging copies are good, but the fags are awful.
Buy the Victory fags, they are very cheap and much better quality, believe me.
They work out at about 20p a packet.

pete, straight up? If that's true i'm stocking up on the planere: Cigarettes !!!
Dont smoke myself, but I read reports on this site (do a search) about the customs offices in Bulgarian airports. When skiers return home loaded up with cigs, the Bulg customs try to confiscate cigs,re: Cigarettes !!!
£20 usually covers "customs costs" in Bulgaria if you know what I meanre: Cigarettes !!!
A bloke we met at plovdiv airport on the way home tried to check in with a suitcase full, and I really do mean a suitcase full !!!! . He had to pay £40 "charges" which he recouped by buying another 4 cartons in the duty free shop.
