Yes and they will more than likely be fakes so be careful. Best to stick to local brand Victory or buy at airport.

My missus bought some fake Golden Virginia and has been coughing and moaning ever since. I think the tobacco was fine.

as you get of the plane at Sofia ,there is a small duty free b4 you go through passport control,you can get 200B+H for 14 euros
