Hi Pete and pals from seasons past, sorry, long time no post, but still keeping up with the board. Nothing booked yet, but hoping for a Bansko trip in March.
Anyway, I saw you chatting about this, so I thought I'd give you the official line, just got this press release from HM Revenue and Customs ... I won't post it all, but here's the appropriate passage ...

Lithuania and Estonia (and smoking tobacco from Estonia) have now been lifted. This means that since 1 January 2010 private individuals travelling from these Member States can now bring back unlimited amounts of these goods for own use, thereby enjoying the same benefits as those travelling back from other Member States."
