Clothing in Boro

Hey all,

Can anyone who's been to Borovets tell me what my chances are of being kitted out with some decent skiing/boarding gear when I get over there?

There are loads of shops (in the Rila) and just opposite the Rila) selling some good ski gear!!!!

Everything from O'Neill to North Face - Jackets were selling for anything between 90 lev and 220 lev (less than 100 pounds) - same with boarding trousers and saloppes. I brought some CEBE googles for 55 lev which is less than £20 - BARGAIN!!!!!

Great ski hats and sunglasses, Loads of billabong and tresspass stuff - beware you could end up spending a fortune!!!!!

Looks like I might need a little more spending money then.

Did you stay in the Rila? We're staying in the Rila Studios from the 3rd March.

It looks alright in the brochure. Is the Jacuzzi & steam room free?

I got back last night from there and saw some bargains (didn't buy anything myself though). North Face gloves for £10 (30 Lev) - Oakley backpacks for about £15 etc etc...
