Cold affect Roads?

Cold affect Roads?

Looking at great weather for skiing at moment Very Happy but we are off out to bansko on sat and no worried that roads might not be pasable or even worse the airport might be closed etc?! any one any ideas?? Sad

There was a lot of snow when I was there last season too but we got to Bansko OK. The transfer may take a bit longer though if the roads are snowy.

Came back from Bansko on Thursday. It had snowed all night and had to get to Sofia for 11am. Roads near Bansko were snowy but well gritted. Only the odd lorry getting stuck. Also snowy in Sofia but no probelms at the airport. Don't worry, just enjoy the snow.
