Collecting Skis

Would like some advice on collecting skis/boots when we arrive. We have pre booked thru Nielson's and are staying in Hotel Rila Borvetts. We arrive late late on a Sat(11ish) so will need to collect stuff on the Sunday morning. Previous experience tells me there could be a bit of a scrum .

Would appreciate any tips eg time hire place opens on a Sun/ get there before breakfast ect .

The reps will tell you the time they will be available for lift pass and ski hire collections (it's usually from about 9 onwards), so you just meet them, get your stuff and then join the queue. It can be a bit of a scrum, but basically get there as early as you can. Everyone collects their gear on Sunday, regardless of their arrival time.

We went with Neilson earlier this year, and they had the first slot at the Ski Depot (we also stayed in The Rila) we were in and out pretty quickly, get there about 10 mins before they say and you should be OK. The Neilson reps gave out Ski Passes etc on the bus from the airport. Have a great time - we did!
