My observations and subsequent conclusions based on my experiences in Bansko are purely my own. At this time i do not see the present situation regarding holidaying in Bansko changing, it is fantastic barring the fact of all the building works, even more noticable when theres good weather. The noise and dust became a bit intrusive after a while..
If you are considering investing as i have with a view to invest further you want to know all the facts, any likely hurdles if known about can be cleared. As stated a lot of what i found was hear-say, some of which could be put down to sour grapes, killjoys some might say, some of it was speculation as to what was going to happen, what was more concerning was the impression i was getting as to the way the Brits are percieved, especially those who are investing....
I will not post any more on this thread, appreciate that any conclusions i have are mine, they are based on conversations, observations but more an underlying feeling of uneasiness for the future. I am not in the business to scaremonger, if i am wrong (and i hope i am) then we have lost nothing...
