Condition of roads

Does anyone know if much repair has been carried out on the roads (recently damaged in floods). I will be visiting Pamporovo in December and will be hiring a car. I have heard that the Plovdiv-Pamporovo road is still in a terrible state!

Just returned from papmorovo last week, and a lot of the roads are damaged (Badly). About 30 new hotels are currently buiing built in and around the resort, including new apratment buildings.

No more walking on the bottom section of the green run as with the flood damage this now consits of the biggest half pipe in bulgaria.
