Conditions 22 jan

Thought I'd let you all know conditions not great in Borovets at the moment!! Been really warm again today 12 degrees on the Rila thermometer !!! Luckily was a small amount of snow up top last night! Excellent up there and yas 2 and 3 good yas 1 was a sheet of glass From top to bottom .... Masala mud path very bad in places hopefully It'll cool down so the snow can cover the resort soon only here till Saturday !!

It better do I'm due on Sunday and I'm thinking of shorts and t-shirt instead if ski gear

So it looks for some snow all over the Rila mountains ow, I can't see the mountains now, just 30km away...

And right here at 1200m it is snowing

Just returned from Boro, conditions were great first few days but got bad on Sunday and Monday. Yastrebets 1 was like skiing on glass.

I pray to the mountain gods for good snow, am arriving on Sunday night...i keep checking snow forecast every day and night am obsessive compulsive hahah... it's getting ridiculous!! Obviously i don't expect it to be as good as last year though...apparently it was the best snow in 10 years but I keep my fingers crossed..Can't wait to be out there again!!!!
