"Conditions in boro??Anyone in resort wi up to date conditions and local snow forecast?? "
I dont want to upset, im just saying as it is... I've skied every run, the runs that are open are in great condition, except markudjik 2 which is good ay the moment but starting to wear thin again. Markudjik 2 (black) has a decent amount of snow on and surprised they haven't pisted it yet in an attempt to open it, again although little bits are starting to show through. Markudjik 3 was awesome, but as it seems like it never opens doubt it will but it is definitely skiable. Fon fon has a nice snow cover so is skiable just a tiny bit bare in places is probably why they haven't pisted it. Yastrebetz 1 Idoubt will open at all tthisyeat, the top half has plenty of snow so is easily skiable just not groomed as eexpected of a closed run so can be difficult; the bottom half has a couple of trees fallen over into the slope and quite bare in places with rocks sticking out and plenty of icy patches. Sitnyakovo 2 the top section has been pisted along the side so can be skied fine or in the soft snow if you prefer, the bottom half is quite deep with snow (up to a foot) but getting bare in places andssome exposed rocks. The sitnyakovo ski way has a nice sheet ice layer underneath to cover most of the rocks and for the most part is snow covered and not many rocks, and the bottom section is snow cannoned and pisted. Sitnyakovo 1 is open at the very top by the drag lift due to snow cannon, and then from there has actually been pisted and had some great runs down it, just got some brown patches on the way down to watch out for. Cherveno Snake, the top little bit is getting a bit thin but is covered by snow cannons and is open, the rest of the slope is variable, ice rocks at the top and lots of small bushes around the gulley section and a few grassy and rocky patches but does have some 10-20cm of compact snow on otherwise. Musalla pathway I skied back on Sunday and skiing in fresh snow and just following the compacted bits where walkers had been meant we needed to pole a reasonable amount but for the most part was relatively covered and could avoid the rocks. The last mile though was absolutely awful rocks mud, slush and ice my skis were pretty wrecked from it unfortunately, skied back to the gondola as it looked worse going back towards the village side; our friends did ski it today though (since we have had more fresh snowfall since Sunday) and went the way back towards the village and said it was nice and compact for the most part where lots of people have gone down it, the bottom section was a little rocky but skiable.
