Spirits with diet mixers are better than beers.
Steak cut oven chips much better than skinny french fires as there is less surface area to absorb fat.
Jog to the pub (to get there quicker), get very drunk and it doubles the distance walked on the way home.
Less food means you get drunk quicker too.
