New Diet ........

Only 6 Brandys a night rather than 10.
Cut out chips and replace with French Fries.
Walk the dogs past the pub - then return to pub.
Press ups (Tanjette to arrange).
Replace bread with toast.

Should do it Razz

I can help you on the diet cheats.. been at weight watchers the past 18 months... heard/tried them all!

Spirits with diet mixers are better than beers.
Steak cut oven chips much better than skinny french fires as there is less surface area to absorb fat.
Jog to the pub (to get there quicker), get very drunk and it doubles the distance walked on the way home.
Less food means you get drunk quicker too.
Any additional exercise is better.. The first time you walk to the fridge don't ...

Replace sliced bread to one you have to cut yourself.. see additional exercise.
