Crystal, perelik downgrade.

Hi there,
Has anyone else had a letter fom Crystal regarding the Perelik Hotel being downgraded?
I know that this was previously discussed on this board but Crystal are refusing to assist us in this matter, despite helping others. All advice welcomed....cheers.

I stay at Perelik every year - its fine and really handy - wouldn't stay any where else.

I saw on the board previously that Crystal gave compensation E40 per person to some others who got that letter - so I'd def push for that if I were you.

When r u going - I fly out Saturday AM - packing when i get off this

im with crystal at the perilek and i have had no letted, i booked in december, i hope everything will be ok which im sure it will

We have been to the Perelik for the last three years (just returned last week). We found no difference (apart from the lifts being upgraded), in the facilities, service or rooms at the hotel. We will certainly go back again next year.

stayed at perelik last year... stayed at murgavets last week...next year it's murgavets..nuff sed

Hi, thanx for the messages. We are on for the 3rd March! Family of 3, no expectations...just up for a laugh! LGW 1500hrs, thermals, tea-bags, swimming cossy....game on!

i got a letter last week about the down grade have never been before fly out 3march and booked last march im out for the laughs just read letter but will phone as i booked it while it was graded better but this proberly wont be to drastic as my oldest son always stays at perelik ans says u only need u bed to sleep in so dont worry to much im just thinkng of getting merry so as long as i get to my room thats all that matters happy hols
