Crystal service...:(

contacted crystal ski (having just found out about the free lift passes offer and needing to change a name on the booking) only to be told the offer was applicable after new year and not during Dec when i booked ...anyone know anything different? When i enquired re state of play with
Samokov heating hot water they had no news...lol but said we would have heard if there was a problem ...lolol ..nothing to worry about then!

Don't get me started on Crystal Ski.......it took them 7weeks to confirm an extra place for me. 7 weeks of phone calls added up to over £40 in call charges and lots of stress. Only when i got so angry and asked for the manager did something get done about it.

Ref the free lift pass, They are only available on selected dates. Beginning of March and Mid Feb i believe.

We have booked with First Choice and got the free lift pass offer. I booked at beginning of Jan. Was searching with First Chice and Crystal all through Dec and the free lift passes appeared on both sites from January. Thats prob what they mean?? As we are skiing from 31st Jan.

Not sure, but thats my theory on it

Free 6 day adult lift passes are available on 7nt holidays using charter flights to Bulgaria on 17/24/31 January and 7/14 March only. This offer is valid for new bookings only and is subject to availability and change - book early to avoid disappointment.
