2.675 Lev to pound and £5 delivery. free to your home for orders over £500 (£5 charge for orders under £500.

So for (£400 - £5 x 2.675)/400 = 2.64 to the pound

I have just looked at the M&S website http://www.fxcorporation.co.uk/marksandspencer/ and it clearly says 2.675

I'm sure we were getting about 2.8 in the resort this time last year. Does that sound about right or is my memory off?

Also, did you just walk into your local M&S and ask to change money or do you need some kind of special store?
