Currency for airport cabs

Just wondering if the cabs and taxis from Sofia airport prefer levs, euros, sterling? Thanks for any response!

we didnt pay anything to the taxi driver as the hotel added the cost onto the bill, id suggest levs for everything tho, everyone takes them

we paid levs, but make sure you agree a price before you set off.

we payed euros can depend on the company, but all should accept lev.

Levs, but as metioned above - agree the price before you set off. We did bansko to sofia for 70 euros , paid via the hotel.

Make sure you get a reputable taxi ! Drivers touting for bisiness in the arrivals area will rip you off!

Normally Levs, because only one company have the licensens to bring guest from the airport away iot is Okay Super taxi, you have to call the Taxi from a little office in the arrival hall and when they can't cheat you.
