Word of advice for travellers to Bulgaria - get your money out of cashpoints! Exchange rate at Thomas Cook 2.75 lev, at Gatwick 2.64. Thru the cashpoint in resort Natwest gave me 2.80 lev to the pound and charged me a mere £2 for the transaction. Only thing I would say is take some emergency sterling to change, the cashpoints in Pamps were out of use for 3 days last week! Maybe too late for this year but worth knowing for next
