Hi all,

I'm going to Bansko at the end of January and am slightly confused about what currency it would be best to take?

The accomodation and transfer costs are to be in Euros, which makes it tempting to take all money in Euros. However, a colleague went last year and is advising i should take Lev also. What is the uptake of the Euro like in Bulgaria?

If anyone has any info or can advise what would be best to do then that would be greatly appreciated.

Take Euros for the costs that have to be paid in Euros and sterling to be changed into leva when you get to Bulgaria.
