Are you able to exchange Euros/stirling and us dollars in Borovets. if so where are the best places to do it and what are the current rates of exchange!!!

The booths advertise exchange for all of the above.
I always use booths operated by 'Crown' or the bank in the hotel Rila, always asking the amount i will recieve before handing over the cash.
I have been done at an exchange booth 2 years ago. The booth offered a good rate, advertised on a board outside. When they gave me less than I was expecting they said that the rate outside was the selling rate! They were buying from me so the buying rate was what i got which was lower!!!!! ...

I believe the rate in resort atm is 2.3ish for sterling.

A bank or hotel reception , booths often rip ppl off

Crown Exchange Booths are fine - they are run by the state. Others (but not all) can mislead you on rate and my advice would be to ignore them completely.Pete
