Yesterday we had 30cm of snow fall in the resort of Borovets and even more up the top of the mountain.
The conditions on the mountain have been windy but Markujik 1 & 2 have been running as well as the gondola.
Yastrebets has not been working today but with a bit of luck will be operating tomorrow.The snow conditions has been excellent, best this season, with no icy patches up top at all.It has been snowing off and on today and is snowing now.Things are looking good for anyone who has just ...

Yastrebets has not been working today but with a bit of luck will be operating tomorrow.The snow conditions has been excellent, best this season, with no icy patches up top at all.It has been snowing off and on today and is snowing now.Things are looking good for anyone who has just rocked up today.Can't comment on the Sitnyakovo chairlift or Martinoki chairlift as we have been skiing up top all day today.Skiied Yastrebets 2 which was fantastic but only to find the chailift not working so we continued down Yastrebets 1 to the bottom gondola station.The snow on Yastrebets 1 on the lower area is good but at the very bottom the horse and carts have chewed up the snow which means you will either have to walk or pay 10 leva for a ride to the base of the gondola.

it sounds like it's going to be good for us coming out on 4th Feb for our first skiing trip. We are family of four with two boys age 11 and 7 stopping at the Rila. Been to Snowdome at Tamworth today for a bit of practice and had a great time but guess that it's no where near as good as the real thing. Anyone else out there going on the Manchester flight next Sunday?It's going to be a long week at work!

Yes, sound good. But also sound like we'll not only have to watch out for the bad skiers but we'll have to watch out for the Horse & Carts!It could only happen un Bulgaria
