Following mi previous post, wot are the costs associated wi a DIY Ski Hol, apart from the flights and accomodation:

Transfere for 4 people to and from Borovets.
Ski/boot hire
Lift passes
plus anything else i may hav 4got.

airport parking, again much cheaper if booked in advance.
have you thought of hiring a car can be cheper than transfers, you can also travel to another resort for a couple of days too Smile
