With reference to the issue of claiming insurance compensation do you know where you stand if you did not book tuition?

good point Jayne. I would think that you would have far better chance due to the actual wording in the letter. I can't understand why Pamporovo PLC are being so awkward about it. We lost one full day and one half day. On the half day they did their best to get us skiing and everybody appreciated that, but to lose a full days skiing and not be compensated from your piste closure insurance is NOT FAIR.
