Day 1 Scrum

Gtwk to Bankso on 4 March - can't wait!

BUT...I'm a bit worried about the reports of the mad scrum to collect skis/boards/boots on first day in Bansko.

I intend to get there nice and early, but in case of delays, do the instructors hang about for everyone to arrive before starting the lessons (10am i think?)...i've prebooked lessons thru tour co. and worried about missing my group on the first day!

Will not make any difference if you arrive early. They have to wait for everyone before you start you lesson. Just accept it as a fact of life and try not to get stressed.

if they get enough in your lesson early on they generally do get the group off - only thing is if they do not you will be stood around and if its cold you will just get colder - brrrrrrrrrr.....

will fill up a hip flask to alleviate the pain of queues or waiting around.
