Although I dont neccesarily agree with much that was said by jimmy and mickey, is it not true that this is a discussion page, the way to treat a post you disagree with is to put an objective answer to it, certainly not to hide it away, as sadly seems to be the case here.
Perhaps I am jumping the gun and theres a reasonable explanation that will be forthcoming, I really hope so, if not it merely confirms the suspicion made by some that the forum is biased and ...

It would be a shame if that is the case many prospective visitors use this site to research for a visit, if they believe that its impartiality is compromised what trust can they put in the company that provides the service.

of course its influenced by the those who fund it to promote their business interests. If you want it truly independent, you'll have to pay for it. In the meantime accept that there will be some commercial interests protection and revel in the free content you getre: Deleted

I get your point, yes the providers must protect their interests, and of course those of their advertisers.
It just seems somewhat self defeating, as by removing contentious posts they are surely putting doubt of the authenticity of anything promoted on the site.
Anyway I have said my piece, I still think it is a good forum for the less contentious issues.
Anyone who needs to find out about snow conditions etc can do it elswhere so its perhaps not such a big issue with hindsight ...

I shall beleive you, I have noticed in the past that you have removed posts and give an explanation why, maybee the KGB is still alive and well!!!, joke, dont want them popping round for a chat.

Thanks Don - unless it is blindingly obvious, I ALWAYS explain why I have deleted any post. I hate doing it, because I strive hard to encourage as many posters as possible on here, but sometimes I am left with no choice.In this case - not guilty

Hi allI cant see why this would have been deleted, loads of people on here slag off Bulgaria and continue to do so, so Pete i believe you, its always been an honest and open forum, only time ive seen stuff deleted is if its abusive or selling holidays
