Despair turns to joy.

Before I head off to Borovets thought I would use Accuweather to see what I could expect. Despair at the temperatures, no chance of running them snow cannons. Then I realised it was in Fahrenheit JOY.

Yesterday on Markudjik it was -22 C. and that was without the wind chill factor. I can tell you it was bitter, but the slopes were fantastic.

-22° that was my temp record by bike in a winter night, from Berlin city home one hour, with fleece jacket, army over jacket and double buff and cap. Great fun and at home light the fire in the oven and got a hot bath...
