Pamporovo here I come. 5 days (excluding today as it has already started) until we fly out! I here the snow is good, temperatures are well below freezing and there is more snow forecast throughout the week.
Don't forget to take the following essentials:-
1. Soft toilet roll - for some reason Bulgarians like to use sand paper instead!
2. Small change if you can get it - you will need it straight away (pooh poohs, etc)
3. Ski wax - quite handy to get the block for the slopes. We found ...

1. Soft toilet roll - for some reason Bulgarians like to use sand paper instead!
2. Small change if you can get it - you will need it straight away (pooh poohs, etc)
3. Ski wax - quite handy to get the block for the slopes. We found that even having the skis waxed at the ski school, the skis were starting to stick in the afternoon. I have just paid £3.99 from Bromley Ski Centre (which by the way was packed on Sunday).
4. Packed lunch / drink for the flight out. I refuse to take a tupaware box to work but for the plane it is great. You can pretend you are flying with someone decent.
5. One of those throw away cameras - not worth taking an expensive one. They have a habit of going walk abouts in the resorts.
6. Lip salve - noone likes chaffing.
7. Sun tan lotion - Pamps in the sunniest resort in Europe.
8. Passport - I nearly forget that. Last year my sons had less than one month until expiry. They looked in UK and Bulgaria but didn't spot it.
9. Goggles - I have just bought some nice ones from Next but already have my Oakleys (but they now get on my nerves as they turn everything Orange).
10. Picture of the girl 3 desks away (sneakily taken on my camera phone when she wasn't looking - you can just make her out he the distance. She is the second blob from the left.
Plus - WE WANT MORE REPORTS! Come on everyone who has just come back - talk to us!!
