Do you service your skis??

just a query really, do people on here get their skis serviced?? if so do you do it yourself or use someone like slush and rubble???

Hi Fraer,

Not sure where you are going but if it's Borovets then I get mine done in resort, am sure Kas & Bobby can recommend someone if you message them.
You can drop them off in the evening and pick them up next morning, brill service all hand done.

Do it myself, always have done... will occasionally take them in for a base plane but everything else is down to me... reminds me, 3 pairs of skis to get ready for Sunday Wink

Hi Fraser I do it myself also, not sure of cost effectiveness unless you have multiple skis, however I'm certain they don't put in as much TLC as I do. Quite satisfying too

Plenty of good places to get them done in Borovets. You can mostly get them done overnight so you dont miss any skiing and last year it was only about £10 for a full service.

I would recommend Vasco who does my board. He is in one of the chalets behind the Golden Chicken. Top notch job every time. Golden Chicken is in front of the gondola base station.
