Dobrinishte

Was planning on making a trip to Dobrinishte (not sure how to get there yet lol) for a day to go skiing when i'm out in Bansko next week; just wondering if anyone knows if the ski runs open and what the conditions are like.

Thanks...

re: Dobrinishte

Well it has been hoofing down all day yestedray and tonight it is still hoofing down so im thinking it is going to be good.
We take trips up there and guide people around. if you are looking for a day trip give us an email to earlybirdtransfers@skidvd.co.uk and we can tell you what the itinerary is if you are interested. Usually minimum 4people as it is a 48km round trip.

re: Dobrinishte

Wen should have said 38km, ski lift is nearly 10km up the mountain from the other side of Doobers, sketchy drive as well as the road is not ploughed from about halfway up.

re: Dobrinishte

7km to dobbers, 14km to Lifts from there. So 42km. All in all a little way but well worth it if the snow is good. Roads can be bad but they do plough just takes a lot longer than on the bnasko mountain road as they use tractors to shovel the snow over the sides ....
