need to ask a quickie question, can you get cash out in pamps?its just im going sat, dont get paid til monday and dont have credit card. bit of a prob...

Yep,There are a couple of cash machines in pamps, all take debit cards (needs to be swich or delta - dont think thay take electron or solo cards) theres a cash machine outside the shopping centre near the perelik, one in the mogervates reception and was told by one of my mates that there is at least one other - maybe someone else can confirm - but all of them only allow 200 lev (round 80 quid) per transaction though you can do multiple transactions if you need.

It is worth noting that although you require a multi-functional debit card to use in cash machines both in the UK and Bulgaria, to use it abroad you must ensure that your 'Switch' debit card issued by your bank as the 'Maestro' logo on it - usually on the back of the card.
If it does then you will be able to use it in Bulgaria at supported cash points. It would also be a good idea to get some card protection on your cards, such could support a certain cash level, your cards, passports and ...
