There are a couple of cash machines in pamps, all take debit cards (needs to be swich or delta - dont think thay take electron or solo cards) theres a cash machine outside the shopping centre near the perelik, one in the mogervates reception and was told by one of my mates that there is at least one other - maybe someone else can confirm - but all of them only allow 200 lev (round 80 quid) per transaction though you can do multiple transactions if you need.
